Some of my members love attending live classes. But other prefer the convenience of doing the replays of the live classes whenever it's convenient for them.

I have an injury (or some other restriction). Will I be able to do these workouts?

Yes! One of my specialties is offering modifications for people with restrictions such as joint replacements, back pain, etc.. Plus, since you're working out at home, you can skip exercises and go at your pace.

How do I cancel?
