Hello!



I'm Drew, and I'm thrilled you've joined the StayAhead community. I've been teaching yoga and fitness for 25 years. During that time, I've observed the aging process in my students and in myself. I've learned that it's essential we take care of our bodies in the second half of life with targeted exercises that address our specific needs. Otherwise our bodies won't keep up and we'll have a problem. 



CONSISTENCY

The good news is that by keeping exercise simple we are more likely to be consistent.  in 30 minutes you can do age-appropriate workouts that feel great and keep your body strong and limber.


If we do a little bit each day, we can maintain our strength, mobility, balance, and cardiorespiratory health. Plus, we can maintain our posture and mental calm. So important!


CONVENIENT

The StayAhead program is accessible anywhere you have an Internet connection via the website or the mobile app. Classes are 15,30, or 45 minutes -- so easy to fit into your day. Plus, it requires minimal equipment, a small space, and no gym membership!


LIVE CLASSES

I offer a variety of live classes most weeks. The best part is all live classes are recorded so you can access them on demand 24/7/365.


VIDEO LIBRARY

My video library is organized like Netflix so it's easy to find what you're looking for. I offer six class styles:


  1. BASIC - fundamental workouts for all levels

  2. STRENGTH - resistance training using body weight, resistance bands, or dumbbells

  3. STRETCH - mobility workouts to keep your body moving pain free

  4. FIT - moderate, low-impact movements that are fun and ideal for heart/lung health

  5. FLOW - intermediate level, yoga-style movements that build strength and stamina

  6. CHAIR - for anyone wanting the support of a chair for their workout

WEEKLY CALENDAR

Every Monday morning I send members the weekly workout schedule with recommended workouts for each day of the week. You can follow the weekly schedule, or do the live classes, or choose any workout from the library.


EMAIL REMINDERS

Every week you will receive emails from me with reminders, fitness education, and inspiration to help you stay on track. Plus we have an online community. So you'll never feel alone in your fitness journey.
