With 25 years of experience teaching yoga and fitness, I’ve seen firsthand how aging affects our bodies—both in my students and in myself. The reality is that if we don’t take care of our strength, mobility, and balance in the second half of life, our bodies simply won’t keep up. But the good news? A little bit of smart, targeted exercise goes a long way in keeping us strong, active, and independent for years to come.
The secret to lifelong fitness isn’t pushing harder—it’s staying consistent. That’s why I keep things simple and effective. In just 30 minutes, you can do age-appropriate workouts that feel great, keep your body strong and limber, and fit easily into your routine.

Classes are just 15, 30, or 45 minutes—so they’re easy to fit into your schedule.

I offer live classes most weeks, where we can train together in real time. And if you can’t make it live? No worries—every class is recorded and available on demand, so you can work out whenever it suits you.
Finding the right workout shouldn’t be a hassle. My video library is organized like Netflix, so you can easily browse and pick the class that fits your needs. I offer six unique class styles:
BASIC – Fundamental workouts for all levels
STRENGTH – Resistance training using body weight, bands, or dumbbells
